Registration and Attendee Information
Conservation biologists from around the globe will convene in Fremantle, near Perth Western Australia, to share information, and learnings from their experiences restoring wildlife back into the wild.
We anticipate up to 300 translocation practitioners, scientists and students in reintroduction biology from around the world will come to Fremantle for the ICTC, including a strong Oceania contingent. We encourage the attendance and participation of postgraduate and indigenous students working in this field to learn about Conservation Translocations from their colleagues around the world, and network among peers.
The continued objective of the ICTC series is to bring together top conservation translocation experts to discuss theoretical and applied research on wildlife reintroductions and other conservation translocations. The 2023 conference will focus on key and emerging themes in translocation science including incorporating genetics and veterinary science into translocation practice, human-wildlife conflicts, effects on in-situ communities and “lessons learned”.

Registration terms and conditions
Confirmation of Registration
Once you have completed the online registration form you will receive a confirmation email from info the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. This confirmation email will include your tax invoice as an attachment.
Payment of registration fees
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the conference. Early bird registration fee will be available until 15 September 2023. Payment for early bird registrations MUST be received by COB on 15 September 2023. After this date the early bird rate expires, and the standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.

Credit Card The conference accepts MasterCard and Visa. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘Kaigi Conferencing and Events’. Credit card payments will be processed via eWay, a third party gateway, and attract a surcharge of 2%.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Bank details will be on your invoice, or contact us at email@example.com.
Earlybird Registration fee will be available until Friday 15 September 2023. Payment for Earlybird Registrations MUST be received by this date. After this date the Earlybird rate expires and the Standard rate will be applied automatically to all unpaid registrations.
Cancellation of registration
We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 2 October 2023 will receive a full refund less $150 (inc GST) administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received between 3 October 2023 and 30 October 2023 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Refunds for cancellations received on/after 31 October 2023 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate in writing.
Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by the Conference Organising Committee and Kaigi Conferencing and Events. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfil your request (such as to accommodation providers).
